The Terms and Conditions contained herein govern your use of Theseus Music Group platform and access to Music Video Promo Services.
It is your (the customer) responsibility to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order or using any of the Music Video Promo Services provided by Theseus Music Group.
This Service allows you to have your music videos professional promoted throughout the internet using our music promotion service. Upon completion, we agree to provide you a full report of the service and promotion provided on your video.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before any work on your material. For online payments any major Credit or Debit Card is accepted.
Uploading Material
We provide instructions on how to properly prepare and send your material for our Music Promo Services. You are responsible for following these directions before we can begin any work. When using our services you are responsible for the following:
- The quality of the recorded material.
- Correct preparation of any material sent for promotion.
- Ensuring no copyright claims have been filed against your video.
- Ensuring your video is and remains in public status available to anyone who searches for it.
- Ensuring you do not make any drastic changes to the video that may effect your promotion.
- Ensuring all spelling for the song name, artist name and other credits is correct.
- Ensuring contact information is provided and spelt correctly.
- You own the Copyrights on the music video free and clear.
If your music video is not prepared or sent correctly it may delay the delivery date of the finished promotion service.
Turnaround Time
For Music Video Promotion, current turnaround time for full completion of the promotion averages 30-120 days depending on the promo package you selected.
All orders are rendered on a first come first serve basis.
The turnaround time stated is only estimation, and can be longer in order for us to properly promote the video naturally.
Reporting
After your promotion is completed, we will send you a full report by email detailing all the work done on your music video.
Refunds
Unfortunately, all sales are final no refunds. Due to the extremely high costs involved with promoting your video, we can’t offer refunds. Instead we guarantee to keep working on your video until we achieve your plans target.
Understanding and Responsibility
You are responsible for reading and understanding the entire terms and conditions and refund policies. You are also responsible for making sure all questions and concerns are answered before placing an order with us.

We may at any time, without notice to you and in our sole discretion, amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please review these Terms and conditions periodically.
